Our offices are in Peoria, Arizona. We furnish and install high‑quality low voltage security systems and audio‑visual systems for commercial properties. We integrate security systems for businesses as a one‑stop source in the low voltage sector. We thrive in new construction buildings, as well as manufacturing, distribution, office and warehouse spaces, and other commercial property buildings. We have a niche in the luxury multi‑family sector and multi‑site businesses operating in Arizona and throughout the United States. - Installing low voltage security systems in primarily commercial environments, construction environments and some residential environments.
- Troubleshooting and testing networking issues.
- Assist with programming various systems directed by the Company.
- Setup support structures (i.e. ladders, racks).
- Terminating and installing end devices such as badge readers, mag locks, motion detectors, glass breaks, cameras, focusing camera lenses, etc.
- Installation and service of various Burglar Alarm systems directed by the Company.
- Installation and service of various CCTV systems directed by the Company.
- Installation and service of various Access Control Systems, including door hardware directed by the Company.
- Installation and service of various Audio/Visual systems directed by the Company.
- Pulling cables, wires, and other necessary preparation work to complete jobs.
- Adaptable and trainable on various security systems, manufacturer specs, etc.
- Document job notes according to the Company’s Work Order policy, meeting or exceeding expectations and standards.
- Honest and thorough documentation of all paperwork is a requirement while maintaining Company Confidentiality policies and standards.
- Maintain positive attendance in accordance with jobs that are scheduled to be completed.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable and respectful customer service.
- General knowledge of electronics, components and devices.
- Comply and follow all Safety Standards, Laws, and Regulations at all times.
- Takes initiative by communicating with Operations Department and Management.
- Memorize and commit to the Company Mission, Values and Vision.
- Ability to work the on‑call rotation.
- Ability to work in various temperatures and working conditions.
- Other assigned duties.
Conditions:
- 2-5 years experience in security, CCTV and Access Control installation and troubleshooting preferred. Commercial project experience is preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background and driver’s license (MVR) check.
- Must obtain and keep current Arizona Alarm Agent License and any required Licenses required by law.
