ACS Inspection Services LLC is looking for a skilled Fire Sprinkler Maintenance, Inspection, Testing & Repair Technician to join our team in Peoria, AZ. Responsibilities:- Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 25 standards
- Diagnose and repair deficiencies found in wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems
- Complete detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate service documentation via provided tablet / inspection software
- Conduct flow tests, trip tests, and functional testing of fire suppression components
- Coordinate with administration, property managers, and tenants to complete inspections
- Document, survey deficiencies to support administration to bid repair needs correcting deficiencies from inspections
- Ensure all work meets local fire codes, NFPA standards, and company safety protocols
- Experience in fire sprinkler inspection, testing, maintenance, and/or repair, tenant improvements and installation
- Working knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 25, and applicable local fire codes
- NICET certification (Fire Protection) preferred or willingness to obtain
- Phoenix Fire sprinkler (CSA2) required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently, manage details, and adjust to unexpected deadlines
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction, report writing, interaction with administration
- Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
