The pay is 55-60.5 CPM with a mileage bonus, plus $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Additional pay includes detention, layover, and extra stop pay on top of mileage. Employees receive medical/dental/vision after 90 days, a 401(k) with up to 6% match, and paid orientation as well as paid vacation.
