The pay range for this position is $14.00 – $16.00/hr selected candidates may be eligible for benefits including medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, and tire discounts.

General Description: As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands‑on experience in a Goodyear Auto Service center, learning how to perform basic automotive services while delivering outstanding service. Experience isn’t required; you will be trained in any required skills.

Stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.

• Valid driver’s license and minimum age 18.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new automotive technologies within the rapidly changing industry.
• Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.

• Complete basic automotive services such as mounting/balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filter replacements, and more.
• Train with mid‑ and senior‑level technicians to learn additional services.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, clear communication, and feedback.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks (lifting, standing, bending, squatting) as required.
