Starting Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour; fast track promotion after 90 days for motivated candidates, along with ongoing training to promote your career path. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

- As a Mid-Level Automotive Technician, you will gain hands-on experience in Goodyear's Auto Service centers by utilizing a mechanical aptitude to diagnose technical issues while delivering outstanding service.
- Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem solving, including brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
- Document all work performed on the repair order and maintain accurate guest communication.
- Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles; mentor junior automotive technicians where applicable.
- Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours; maintain adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
- Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting, as required.
- Report any safety issues immediately to management.
- Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
- Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- ASE Certification.
- Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
- Experience with electrical, air conditioning, and primary and advanced fuel ignition experience.
