We are currently looking to add a Full-Time Parts Counterperson to our team in Peoria, IL! We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service. Previous automotive parts experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate!

• Assist technicians, internal departments, and retail customers with automotive parts needs

• Look up, identify, and locate the correct parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance

• Process parts orders, sales, returns, and special requests accurately

• Work closely with the Parts Manager to locate and order parts that are not in stock

• Monitor special orders and communicate updates on parts availability and delivery

• Maintain an organized and efficient parts department

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone

• Collaborate with service technicians and other dealership departments to ensure timely repairs

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous automotive parts or dealership experience preferred

• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
