As the General Manager of Brienzo's Pizza + Bar, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability. You will be responsible for managing a team of passionate individuals, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining our reputation as a premier destination for impeccable pizzas. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader with a passion for hospitality to make a significant impact and contribute to the ongoing success of our establishment.

• Lead by example, embodying the values of Brienzo's Pizza + Bar and inspiring excellence in all team members.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and develop action plans to achieve financial targets and budgetary goals.
• Uphold compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners to ensure seamless operations and procurement of high-quality ingredients and supplies.

• Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
• Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of financial principles and restaurant profitability.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
• Serv Safe certification and knowledge of food safety regulations is required.
• Manager certification is preferred.
