• All candidates must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States
• Minimum of 2 years of either paid or unpaid childcare experience.
• Current Infant/Child CPR Training or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Desire to work with a variety of families through exciting job assignments.
• Proven track record for being punctual, reliable and dependable.
• Trained in First Aid or willingness to take training upon hire.
• Strong degree of responsibility, accountability and problem-solving skills.
• Engaging, caring, warm style with children and ability to plan and provide fun activities.
• Ability to communicate promptly and clearly via phone, text, and email.
• Dependable vehicle, current Driver’s License and willingness to travel around the Peoria area and surrounding communities.
