Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of projects and providing clients with competitive bids. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project plans and specifications
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as time, materials, and labor expenses
• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
• Create detailed project budgets
• Track project costs and compare them to the estimated budgets
• Prepare and submit bids to clients
• Participate in project meetings and negotiations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven work experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Proficient in estimating software and spreadsheets
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
