Expected pay for this position is $47.47 - $55.84/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager Pointcore Construction is responsible for the overall safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from guaranteed maximum price (GMP) approval through project closeout. This role is expected to lead construction projects and maintain positive and effective working relationships with both internal and external members of the project team including owners, designers, engineers, field operations, trade partners, program managers, and preconstruction managers.

This role will run or oversee owner meetings, trade partner meetings, trade partner buyout, material procurement, jobsite safety, jobsite quality, project schedule, writing subcontracts, owner change orders, subcontractor change orders, cost forecasting, and construction document management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Active state driver's license.

Other Skills/Knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Experience with reading and interpreting contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to be flexible and find creative ways to improve the organization’s effectiveness and solve construction and owner's problems.
• Knowledge in Healthcare Construction Market.
• Experience with cost management software (VISTA, CMiC, etc.).
• Experience with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, P3/6, Asta, etc.).
• Experience with construction document management software (Procore, CMiC, Plan Grid, etc.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience:
  
  7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Completion of OSHA 30-hour training.
• Licensure/Certification:
  Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).

Other Skills/Knowledge:

• Proficient with reading and interpreting contract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient with cost management software (VISTA, CMiC, etc.).
• Proficient with scheduling software (Microsoft Project, P3/6, Asta, etc.).
• Last Planner System (LPS) Training.
• Proficient with construction document management software (Procore, CMiC, Plan Grid, etc.).
• Healthcare Infection Control & Interim Life Safety Training.
