Industrial Project Manager​/Estimator

Industrial Project Managersareresponsibleforleadingconstructioneffortsforadiverseportfolioofindustrialclients ,oftenmanagingmultiplesmalltomid-sizedprojectssimultaneously.

Theyworkcollaborativelywithothercompanydepartmentstocarryprojectsthroughcarefullyplannedpreconstructioneffortsensuringdeliveryon-time,within budget,andalignedwithclientexpectations.

Project Managersareresponsibleforthe Financial ,Schedule,Safety,and Qualityperformanceoftheirassignedprojects.

Astrongfocuswillbeplacedonestimatingaccuracy,costcontrols,andhands-onprojectmanagementtokeepconcurrentprojectsrunningsmoothly.

Theyarerequiredtomaintainathoroughbigpictureunderstandingoftheiroverallworkloadwhilealsorecognizingandactinguponprioritytaskswithoutsupervision.

Inadditiontotheirownwork,Industrial Project Managersarerequiredtoeffectivelydelegatetasksandsuperviseprojectteamstoincludesuperintendents ,foremen,projectengineers,QCmanagers,Safetyofficers,projectcontrolsstaff,projectclerks,procurementstaff,anddesigners.

• Maintain up-to-dateprojectschedulesandcoordinatecloselywithonsite

Project Lead

• Prepareandreviewestimates,manageprojectbudgets,andoverseeprocurement,accounts receivable,cashflow,forecasting,contingency,and profitability.
• Effectivelymanageprojectscopechanges,change orders,andbuyouts.
• Collaboratewithsubcontractors,suppliers,andinternalteammemberstoprovidebudgetaryestimatesand/ordetailedhard-bidquotestomeetclientconstructionneedsforprojectsupto $1MM.
• Highlyeffectivecommunicationandcollaborationwiththe Operations Teamwillbeessentialforsuccessinamulti -project environment.

• Resolvefieldconstructionproblemsincoordinationwithonsiteagencies.
• Attendprogressmeetings,developstatusreports,andmakerecommendationsforimprovements.

  RCCdocumentationrequirements.
• Manageclaims,mitigateimpacts,anddevelopworkaroundswhilekeepingprojectsonscheduleandbudget.
• Drivecontinuousestimatingaccuracyandprojectcontrolsdisciplinewhilemaintaining
  
  RCCssafetystandards.

• Degreein Construction Management ,Engineering,Architecture,orarelatedfield(preferred).
• Priorexperienceinamanufacturingorindustrialenvironment(preferred).
• Industrial/Manufacturingknowledgestronglybeneficial.
• Strongorganizationalskills,goodtimemanagement,professionalism,andabilitytoworkwellwithothers.
• Senseofselflessness,humility,and enterprise-first mentality,withstrongemotionalandsocialintelligence.
