Role:
Safety Manager
Location:
IL site or AZ site
Contract:
12 month W2 contract (good chance to extend)
Pay rate: 40-45/hour
Schedule:
Around 50 hours/week (overtime x 1.5 hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 hours/week)
Package:
Per Diem: $150 per day, 7 days a week
Mobilization: $1,000
Rotation: $500 monthly (Rotation schedule is TBD)
Cell Allowance: $60 per month
Vehicle:
Truck and $700 gas card
Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k
Requirements:
- Minimum of a weekly site audit and reporting of Near Misses
- Verify the daily safety talk and stretch & flex is done
- Current JHA's for each task and all workers in the field on the applicable JHA
- PTP's (pre-task plans)
- Trench inspections - daily by the trench foreperson BEFORE anyone is in the trench
- Daily equipment inspections
- Applicable permits
- Site orientation
