Loaner Vehicle Coordinator

The Loaner Vehicle Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Mobile Service Coordinator with scheduling service work for the Mobile Service Department, scheduling customers for pickup and delivery, and loaner vehicle management.

PAY BEGINS AT $19.00 PER HOUR.

• Coordinate with Mobile Service Appointment Coordinator to optimize scheduling for services.
• Dispatch Mobile Unit and Technician for requested repairs.
• Loaner fleet management
• Manage repair order process, including creation, closeout, and payments.
• Customer communication prior to and during the repair. Providing estimates and invoices.
• Work with the service department to ensure customers are scheduled for pickup or delivery.

• Scheduling experience, like medical or BDC, is preferred.
• Experience as an office assistant is a plus.
• Must be neat, organized, and accurate.
• Empathic demeanor with good listening skills.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Neat, professional personal appearance.
• Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
