We are seeking an amazing Customer Experience Specialist to join our team immediately.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering inbound customer calls, chat help, outbound customer follow-up, entering orders, answering emails, data entry, filing duties, and other tasks in various computer systems as assigned.Work with management to plan, organize, and implement processes that enable our continued growth.Customer Experience Coordinator Tasks:
Providing exceptional customer care in an expedient manner that satisfies individual needs of each customer, including account management, sales, and tracking.Answering incoming calls, texts, emails, and chats across multiple platforms.Understanding and promoting Bump Boxes products, culture, and values.Assessing the unique needs of customers using consultative methods and recognizing potential sales opportunities.Helping team members complete various tasks to accomplish organizational goals.Maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information.Utilizing systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential.Assisting other departments with various tasks as needed.Minimum qualifications include:
Customer service experience (phone experience preferred).Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Excellent decision-making abilities.Ability to relate well to customers and co-workers in an atmosphere of mutual respect, and respond appropriately to direction and constructive criticism from a supervisor.Regular attendance and punctuality.Benefits include:
