Domino’s Pizza in Peoria, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 425 N. Western Ave. location. As a Customer Service Rep, you’ll be the face of our organization, ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and food safety regulations

• Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
