The Bleeding & Clotting Disorders Institute (BCDI) seeks a Pediatric Hematologist (Ped Hem) to join their established and industry-leading team in Peoria, Illinois (IL). We are seeking a like-minded individual that is focused on providing integrated, patient-focused, family-oriented, and compassionate care.

• Pediatric Hematology (Ped Hem) only with option to focus on hemostasis & thrombosis or vascular anomalies – variety of patients seen.
• 1‑2 days of clinic per week (less than 10 patients per day).
• 2‑3 days dedicated to research, supported by an experienced team with many opportunities to publish.
• Mentoring available to see both adult and pediatric patients if interested.
• Faculty appointment available.
• Options for inpatient-only work if interested.
• Practicing and upcoming 2026 and 2027 fellows encouraged to apply.

• Base range of $200 000-$325 000.
• Sign‑on of $50 000.
