We are currently recruiting a fellowship‑trained Interventional Radiologist to join our growing team. The position is based predominantly at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, Illinois. The role offers the opportunity to perform a broad spectrum of interventional procedures—including arterial, venous, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and musculoskeletal/spine procedures. The growing interventional oncology side of the practice includes routine biopsy and vascular access procedures, TACE, and thermal ablation, with potential to offer Y‑90 in the near future.

Our interventional radiologists have cultivated close relationships with the medical staff, specifically surgery, OB/GYN, oncology, GI, and pulmonology. The position presents opportunities for faculty appointment as well as supervising and teaching diagnostic residents with Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. In addition, we seek candidates who have strong interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate relationships with our hospital partners, clinicians, employees, and patients.
