    This is a rare opportunity to engage in the full spectrum of ENT—from bread-and-butter to advanced cases—without rigid constraints.
  • Flexible Pediatric Opportunities:
    While exclusive pediatric ENT is managed through Children’s Hospital of Illinois (CHOI), our strong partnership with CHOI allows for meaningful pediatric exposure as part of a mixed practice.
  • Mentorship & Collegiality:
    Work alongside senior faculty offering mentorship in all major ENT subspecialties, including otology, rhinology, laryngology, and general ENT.
  • Surgical Center Investment:
    Optional investment opportunity in a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center.

  • Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $465,000-$517,024.
  • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
