Primary Care – Northwestern Illinois
- BC/BE required – Physicians with Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine/Pediatrics training accepted
- Outpatient only practice supported by hospitalist service.
- Outpatient call only. In addition, after hours, the After-Hours Nurse Triage Center will take first call.
- Join 4 physicians and 3 APPs in practice
- Monday – Friday schedule, 8 am to 5 pm
- Located in Northwestern Illinois – an hour from Davenport, IA, 2 hours from Springfield, and 3 1/2 hours from Chicago
- Domestic airport offered 40 minutes away with direct flights to 11 major US cities. International airports offered in nearby Chicago

- Hospital employed practice
- Base salary: 285-305k+ annually
