- BC/BE required – Physicians with Family Medicine and Internal Medicine/Pediatrics training accepted
- Brand new, modern outpatient clinic
- Clinic space will include 3 exam rooms per provider, and a procedure room
- Point of Care Lab Testing available on site
- Team-based care model with comprehensive support
- Minimal call. After-Hours Call Center will take first call
- 13 miles to the health system’s medical center
- Ability to teach within the Family Medicine Residency Program
- Located an hour from Rockford, IL, Moline, IL, and Davenport, IA, 1 ½ hours from Dubuque, IA, and 2 hours from Chicago
- Domestic airport offered in Moline with direct flights to Chicago (O’Hare), Dallas (DFW), Charlotte, Denver, Atlanta, Sarasota, Orlando, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Punta Gorda, and St. Petersburg. International airports are offered in Chicago

- Hospital employed practice
- Base salary: 285-305k+ annually
