Start or estimated start date, 12/11/2026 | Daily 8:00AM-4:30PM, Night call 4:30PM-8:00AM, Weekends 24 hour call 8:00AM-8:00AM

· Practice Setting:
Clinic

· Types of Cases:
Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, Myringotomy with vent tube insertion, Cauterization of the septum, Frenulectomy, Foreign body removal, Abscess drainage, Myringoplasty, Laryngoscopy

· Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
Epic

· Certifications

Required:

Board certified, Board Eligible, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Life Support (PALS)

· Licensure

Required:

Active Illinois license
