• Night Call Back: $390/hour (3 Hours Gratis)
• Daily Rate: $3,115 per 24 Hours
• Night Call: $790 per 24 Hours
• 24-Hour Call: $2,140 per 24 Hours

• Day Shifts: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Night Call: 4:30 PM-8:00 AM
• Weekend Call: 24-Hour Coverage, 8:00 AM-8:00 AM
• Approximately 7 Shifts Per Month
• Call Coverage Required During Scheduled Assignments

• Level I Pediatric Trauma Setting

• Provide Pediatric Otolaryngology Care
• Evaluate and Manage Pediatric ENT Patients
• Perform Pediatric ENT Surgical Procedures
• Provide Clinical and Surgical Coverage
• Provide Night and Weekend Call Coverage as Needed
• Respond to Telephone Consultations and Emergencies

• Tonsillectomy
• Adenoidectomy
• Myringotomy With Ventilation Tube Insertion
• Nasal Septum Cauterization
• Frenulectomy
• Foreign Body Removal
• Abscess Drainage
• Myringoplasty
• Laryngoscopy

• 2 Attending ENT Surgeons
• 2 Experienced Physician Assistants
• Provider Will Not Work Solo
• Epic EMR
• Telephone Call With 30-Minute Response Requirement

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Pediatric Otolaryngology
  - Required
• Illinois Medical License Required at Application
• IMLC Accepted
• Must Disclose IMLC Status at Submission
• ACLS
