A leading healthcare organization in central Illinois is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Rheumatologist to join a well-established and growing rheumatology practice. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy patient panel while enjoying the support of an integrated health system and experienced clinical team.

Practice Highlights

• Join an established rheumatology practice with a strong referral network
• Collaborate with experienced rheumatologists and dedicated support staff
• Opportunity to help shape and grow the practice while maintaining clinical autonomy
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Shared rotating call schedule
• Average clinic volume of approximately 15 patients per day
• Fully integrated health system utilizing Epic EMR across clinics and hospitals
• Strong physician leadership and administrative support

Candidate Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
