Secondary School Psychologist | Assessment & Intervention Focus

Our organization is seeking a full-time School Psychologist to join a supportive and collaborative secondary school team for the remainder of the academic year. This role serves middle and high school students in a diverse learning environment and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic performance, behavior, and social-emotional well‑being.
As the School Psychologist will also play an active role in strengthening school‑wide practices by leading professional development sessions and family workshops focused on academic achievement, behavior support, and social‑emotional growth. Through collaboration and targeted interventions, you will help promote positive outcomes across the school community.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological services to students in grades 6–12.
- Facilitate workshops and informational sessions for families.
- Design and deliver professional development for school staff.
- Use assessment data to guide interventions and decision‑making.
- Support IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers.
- NASP certification preferred, but not required.
- Valid School Psychologist license issued by the Illinois Board of Psychology.
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related discipline.
