As an Esthetics Instructor, you will play a crucial role in training and inspiring the next generation of estheticians. You will deliver engaging lectures and practical demonstrations, helping students gain the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their beauty careers, particularly in areas such as skincare, makeup artistry, and advanced esthetics techniques.

• Conduct instructional sessions in both theory and practical applications of esthetics
• Assess student performance and provide constructive critiques on work and techniques
• Create a positive and organized learning environment conducive to student engagement
• Develop curriculum and course materials aligned with industry standards and practices
• Collaborate regularly with other instructors to maintain educational excellence

• Must possess an Illinois State Educator License Teaching License
• Previous experience in the esthetics field is preferred
• Teaching or instructional experience is a plus
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for educating and mentoring future beauty professionals
• Ability to adjust teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
• Available for Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM CST

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.00 and $23.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
