Passionate leader who loves seeing children grow in Jesus while equipping an amazing team of volunteers to do the same? The Mission (If One Accepts It):

The “Fun” Responsibilities:

  • Team Cheerleader:Build community-based, high-energy teams through regular “huddles” and personal care (one-on-ones, prayer, and encouragement).
  • Strong Leadership Partner:Collaborate with the Children’s Ministry Director to craft a fun, Jesus-centered ministry vision, which includes epic events like VBS and holiday programs.
  • Family Partner:Equip parents to be the primary spiritual leaders at home.
  • Culture Creator:Foster a culture of appreciation and safety (handwritten notes, public praise, and rigorous safety checks and processes).
To Become Our Next Leader, One should:
  • Loves Jesus & Kids: One has a growing faith and a huge heart for nurturing children.
  • A
People Person: Strong relational intelligence, communication skills, and a “shepherd’s heart”.
  • A
Coach: Experience in developing teams and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Experience:3 years in ministry/education leadership is preferred, but not critical.
  • Education : A degree in Bible, Theology, or Education is great, but a passion for discipleship is essential.
