Email Marketing Specialist

The thoughtfully-bold part of this Email Marketing Specialist job at Excellence Consulting isn't the travel or the targets, it's how fast Initiative compounds when done right. Look past the title and you'll see $56,000 - $81,000, an IL base, and a mid-level role that asks you to lead, not just execute.

• Lead results-oriented go-to-market efforts for products launching in IL
• Stand up email sequences that get opened, not buried
• Analyze campaign metrics and optimize spend against revenue targets
• Walk the Peoria, IL territory and know it better than the map
• Represent Excellence Consulting at trade shows, conferences, and local networking events
• Map buyer pain to Excellence Consulting's pitch deck, slide by slide
• Run the mid-level account like it's the only one that matters

• Hands-on command of Lead Generation, with Tik Tok Ads as a close second
• An appetite for ownership that scales with the stakes
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics
• A Peoria network, or the hustle to build one from scratch
• Comfort with an Excellence Consulting pace that rarely sits still
• An IL sensibility, or genuine curiosity about this market
