FEA Engineer

Location:

Peoria, IL - Onsite work only – Fulltime
Visa: USC/GC only - New Open Position

Role: FEA Engineer/ CAE Analyst (4–6 years, Abaqus & Hypermesh, heavy equipment domain)

Candidate Responsibilities
This role will support the virtual product validation of earth movers & mining equipment. Key contributions will include FEA modeling, analysis, post processing and create report with lead support.

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in engineering Required - Mechanical, or equivalent.

Typical Work

The typical work for this role will primarily involve lead & support.

• Co-ordinate the FEA modeling from offshore
• Define the loads and boundary condition.
• Solve the model and debug (non-Linear problem)
• Create report and present the result to the customer.

Technical & Tool Skills

Good in result interpretation and proposing the new design based on the result.
Machines with heavy structures experience is a must.
Client experience is advantageous.
Good understanding of vibration and Non-Linear Bolted joint analysis.

• Python Scripting (Good to have)
