Role Overview As Manager Product Support, you will lead a team that develops, maintains, and optimizes SOS Fluid Sampling capabilities, driving standardization, digital solutions, and interpretation to support Condition Monitoring and dealer laboratory operations.

• Enable laboratory standardization and capability for SOS Fluid Sampling Services, ensuring consistency and quality across Caterpillar and dealer global lab operations.
• Develop and enhance SOS Fluid Sampling digital capabilities, driving improved efficiency and customer experience.
• Advance SOS Fluid Sampling interpretation capabilities, providing accurate, timely insights that support condition monitoring.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of working experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Customer Focus:
  Knowledge of practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations.
• Service Excellence:
  Ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations.
• Effective Communications:
  Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs.
