Based in our Peoria office, this is a rare opportunity to step into a visible, high‑impact role where you’ll lead major transportation design projects, deepen relationships with key agencies, and directly influence how we grow in a rapidly developing market. You’ll be part of a team that values initiative, technical excellence, and collaboration—and you’ll have real opportunities to advance into broader leadership or even ownership roles.

If you’re looking for a place where you can make an immediate difference while continuing to do the engineering work you love, we’d like to talk.

From identifying new opportunities to influencing strategic pursuits and strengthening our visibility in the region, your leadership will help determine which projects we pursue and how we deliver them. Your decisions, business development efforts, and client relationships will have a measurable impact on our growth trajectory, our team, and the communities we serve.

For a motivated Transportation Project Manager, this is an opportunity to leave a lasting mark—while building your own path toward broader leadership or even ownership within one of the nation’s most established engineering firms.
