Join Morton Community Bank as a Corporate Retail Loan Processing - Closer. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to close mortgage loans and ensure the accuracy of all documents, funding, and booking for Retail Lending.

Compensation: $22.02 USD to $28.63 USD per hour. The final offer is based on skill set, experience, location, and other factors.

Responsible for analyzing and compiling information to close mortgage loans and to assure the accuracy of all documents, funding, and booking for Retail Lending.

• Schedules, coordinates, prepares and funds mortgage loan closings
• Reviews all loan pre- and post-closing documents for completeness, accuracy and quality
• Completes verifications of employment and payoff requests for loan closings
• Monitors and ensures closing dates and company deadlines are met
• Communicates with loan officers, buyers, sellers, title companies, builders and agents
• Keeps up with changing policies and procedures and regulations applicable to the bank and mortgage industry

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of related mortgage/loan experience
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant computer skills

• The physical activities of this position may include climbing, reaching, standing, lifting, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions.
• Medium exertion; exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures and viewing a computer terminal.
• The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.
