Responsible for locking interest rates, disclosing initial and updated disclosures, and monitoring new loan submissions for Retail Lending.

• Locks the interest rate at application
• Produces and delivers initial and updated disclosures
• Uploads rate sheets to the core loan system
• Updates loan pricing and fees as needed
• Monitors incoming applications to comply with disclosure delivery requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of customer service principles
• 2-3 years of related work experience
• Strong attention to detail

• The physical activities may include climbing, reaching, standing, lifting, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions
• Medium exertion; up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects
• Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures
• Moderate noise level in the work environment
