Expected pay for this position is $64.61 - $72.87/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Peds Acute Care Fellowship Supervior will be accountable to oversee the daily operations of the Peds Acute Care APP fellowship, ensuring that the program operates in compliance with accreditation standards. The Peds Acute Care Fellowship Supervior will provide direct supervision to APP Fellows in all regions. Accountable for curriculum development and program evaluation.

• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $64.61 -$72.67/hour
  • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Master’s Degree in Nursing OR Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program

Experience:

3 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (PA) Licensure/ Certification: IL Adv Practice Nurse License AND IL Reg Nurse License American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS Other Skills/ Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

2 years of leadership experience, formal experience in curriculum development or simulation
