Assistant Behavior Analyst - Total Spectrum, LLC

Join us as an Assistant Behavior Analyst and help provide high‑quality, evidence‑based ABA therapy to children with autism.

Overview

Total Spectrum has provided contemporary ABA therapy for nearly 10 years, empowering clients to build skills for a happy, fulfilling life. As a BCaBA, you’ll work with experienced local clinical leadership and be part of LEARN Behavioral, a collective of ABA providers across 18 states, employing over 500 BCBAs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients, as‑needed
  • Assist behavior analysts with protocol modification, assessments, family treatment guidance, treatment planning, and clinical programming
  • Provide clinical direction to technicians, as‑needed
  • Follow guidelines regarding time spent on non‑billable activities
  • Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
  • Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
  • Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
  • Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
  • Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or expected to sit for the BCaBA exam in the next three months
  • Supervision hours in progress or completed (as outlined by BACB requirements)
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
