Monday‑Friday 8 AM – 7 PM

Due to growth, we are adding a Pharmacy Technician I to our team. Under the direction of the Pharmacist‑in‑Charge and other pharmacists in the Specialty Pharmacy, your primary responsibility is to assist the pharmacist in obtaining all the necessary information for dispensing and adjudicating medications correctly.

• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary prescription information to properly fill a prescription.
• Manage call queues and work oldest orders first.
• Ensure correct shipment of specialty pharmacy orders.
• Maintain adequate inventory of pharmaceuticals, including ordering, receipt, verification, and stocking.
• Act in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and maintain the highest ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED;
  National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required per state.
• Minimum two years of pharmacy support or healthcare environment experience.
• Participation in, adherence to, and support of compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
