Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
The ABA Apprentice supports Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) by providing direct and indirect services within the Applied Behavior Analysis department. Under the supervision of a BCBA, the Apprentice assists with treatment, evaluation, supervision, and parent training to address behavior challenges and skill development in children.
This apprenticeship provides structured, hands-on experience designed to build clinical competence and gradually increase independence while accruing supervision hours toward Board Certification in Behavior Analysis.
Apprentices also function in a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) capacity and are required to maintain a minimum saturation level of 60% combined RBT Direct and BCBA Billable Hours weekly. RBT Competencies must be met before beginning Apprentice Competencies.
Education/Experience Requirements- Be enrolled in their final year (12 months from the estimated graduation date) of a Verified Course Sequence at the graduate level for education in Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Maintain passing grades in all ABA coursework.
- A minimum of one year of proven successful experience in the area of pediatric behavior therapy, preferred.
Our Applied Behavior Analysis program helps children with autism and developmental differences build meaningful skills through play, connection, and scientifically validated strategies. BCBAs collaborate with families and interdisciplinary therapy teams to develop individualized treatment plans that promote communication, social, and daily living skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for this position is an hourly rate of $18.75 or an annualized salary of $39,000. Compensation may be structured as either an hourly rate or a salary, depending on the full-time status.
