Overview

Join a growing team of 3 Trauma Surgeons and 2 Advanced Practice Providers.

• Provide prompt and acute orthopedic injury care, including sprains and fractures in a fast‑pace walk‑in clinic environment.
• Daily patient census 25-30.
• Flexible schedule 8am‑8pm, rotating weekends not call.
• On‑site training provided.

Required qualifications:

Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics.
