BCDI is recruiting an experienced, full-time Revenue Cycle Manager. The Revenue Cycle Manager leads and oversees the activities of the Billing Department; and ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations in regard to coding, billing and data management. He or she supervises and manages the billing, and collections staff in handling payer relations, and addresses complex complaints and issues.
He or she will oversee all billing department operations including prior authorizations, coding and documentation, claim preparation and submission, denials and appeals, the accounts receivable and collections process, and customer service. He or she will collaborate frequently with the accounting department as well as work closely with many other departments within BCDI. Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 depending on education and experience

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience.
2. Eight plus years' experience managing the revenue cycle process preferred.
3. Two plus years supervisory experience.
4. Knowledge of medical terminology utilized in medical billing, current office practices and procedures, and advanced math.
5. Ability to elicit and evaluate information, sometimes of a highly personal and sensitive nature.
6. Ability to read, interpret, and apply regulations, policies, and procedures.
