The Bone Growth Therapies Spine Service Representative will assist direct Orthofix Territory Managers, as well as Orthofix Distributors with patient education and device in‑services.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Provide direct, personal and timely service representing Orthofix in a professional and straight forward manner.
- Assist with Patient Fittings.
- Assist with educational meetings with patients and staff regarding the benefits of the Orthofix stimulation products.
- Discuss explanation of benefits and patient responsibilities.
- Facilitate paperwork collections for order submissions.
- Field patient phone calls.
- Collect and submit HIPAA covered information related to orders.
- Regular attendance required.
- An ability to accurately maintain a monthly fitter log, detailing patient fit, date and time, serial number and type of device, etc.
