Key Responsibilities:- Provide efficient service to patients during appointments and check-ins
- Greet and accurately register patients, verifying demographic and billing data
- Monitor waiting areas and communicate delays as needed
- Identify insurance types and verify patient coverage eligibility
- 2+ years of medical office experience preferred
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or English/Polish are a plus
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities
