ARRT certification, BLS certification, Illinois license or application in process, perform basic CT scanning, level 1 trauma experience, ability to operate GE CT scanners, start IVs - Preferred Qualifications:
Experience on GE CT scanners and previous travel experience - Additional Information:
Traveler is expected to be able to start IVs. No requirement for float, holiday, or call duty. The department may require as-needed orientation typically lasting 1 week. - Submission Requirements:
Last four digits of SSN, active Illinois license or proof of application, understanding of the facility's drug-free policy
