OSF Health Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established Primary Care practice in Peoria, IL. You will perform patient assessments, diagnose, establish care plans, and educate patients and families in line with care pathways and current research.

Clinics run Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with excellent work-life balance and no on-call or weekend requirements. A strong emphasis on compassionate care and collaboration with the care team is essential.
