The PositionWe’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our professional and energetic team.
We offer one on one job training, check points for accuracy, and onsite management with a team of empowering individuals, some of which have been here since the start of IWIRC in 2003 who will make coming to work fun and exciting.
Responsibilities Include- Communication of completed medical services to 2500+ clients.
- Answering multiline phones
- Scheduling
- Tracking Referrals
- Maintaining Medical Records
- Multi-office coverage
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Apt attention to detail
- Work as a team and as an individual
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Valid Illinois driver’s license
