Job Overview

We’re hiring a Business Process Specialist to support our client’s Warranty Transformation Program
. This role acts as a critical liaison between Global Warranty and IT, helping shape the future of warranty solutions through business process analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and agile delivery.

Technical Business Systems Analyst III

Peoria, IL (Onsite - 5 days/week)

12 Months (With potential extension up to 3+ years)

W2: $45 – $48

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5–7 years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 10+ years.

• Experience with Agile methodology and working in Scrum teams

• Familiarity with Java, Postgre
  
  SQL, AWS (not hands‑on coding, but understanding).
• Strong UAT leadership and training documentation experience.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and lead cross‑functional discussions.

• Prior experience as a software engineer (Java or similar).
• Exposure to off‑the‑shelf solutions like Salesforce.
• Choppy tenure
