Leidos is seeking a NOC Technician II at Scott AFB, IL to monitor, diagnose, and resolve DISA-provided network services in a 24/7 operations center. You will create and track incidents in Service Now, coordinate with O&M teams, and maintain SLAs while ensuring rapid restoration of services.
The role requires DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification, a Secret clearance, and familiarity with routers, switches, crypto devices, and related telecom gear. Must work a 24/7 shift pattern.
