Bilingual Strategic Services Consultant

Sprout Social is looking to hire a Bilingual Strategic Services Consultant on the Professional Services team as part of the Sales & Customer Experience organization.

This is a versatile, customer-facing consulting role centered primarily on driving long-term social media strategy, executive partnership, and strategic performance optimization for enterprise customers. While the core focus of this position is delivering high-impact Premier Success engagements, you will also lead end-to-end platform implementations to onboard and configure Sprout for newly acquired or expanding accounts. Additionally, as a bilingual consultant fluent in English and Spanish, you will serve as a critical partner for our English and Spanish-speaking enterprise customers across key regions.

• Lead ongoing strategic consulting engagements that elevate our customers’ social strategy, partnering with Customer Success Managers to help enterprise brands structure, refine, and scale their social media operations.
• Optimize customers’ social operations by evaluating workflows, aligning social media strategy directly to business objectives, and keeping customers informed of emerging industry trends and digital shifts.
• Strategize with executive stakeholders (VPs, CMOs) on collecting, analyzing, and leveraging social intelligence and cross-platform analytics to optimize brand performance and demonstrate clear ROI.
• Execute tailored Premier Success deliverables - such as custom performance reports, executive presentation decks, social care and publishing playbooks, workflow audits, and interactive strategy workshops.
• Support customers in mastering complex social strategy use cases, including influencer marketing programs, social customer care workflows, and employee advocacy initiatives.
• Drive continued growth and feature adoption across customer organizations as product capabilities and customer needs evolve.

• Lead customers’ tailored and value-driven implementation experience, running software implementation projects across Sprout’s product suite (Core Platform, Employee Advocacy, and Influencer Marketing).
• Guide customers through a structured implementation lifecycle (Design, Setup, Training, and Validation) - leading onboarding, change management, and technical platform configuration to establish project governance, ensure business continuity, and set up long-term success.
• Configure platform settings based on customer requirements, including account architecture, user permissions, tagging taxonomies, and automated message routing rules.
• Level up the social sophistication of our customers and team by delivering interactive administrator and end-user product trainings that drive adoption.
