Personal Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Work closely with producers to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to personal lines customers.
• Preparing and processing quotes, proposals, applications, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
• Will assess risk and coverage, review and update policies, and handle customer phone calls, face‑to‑face meetings, and general correspondence.
• Maintain client activity tracking, files, billing, and process payments.

• The ideal candidate will have the desire and ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, along with effective oral and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass and maintain an Illinois insurance license is required. General office and organizational skills are essential.
• Strong computer skills are required; proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must.
• Experience with Applied Systems software is a plus.
• Two+ years of insurance office experience is preferred.
