The Regional Director ensures FRMs operate in close coordination with Field Sales, Key Account Directors, hub partners, Patient Solutions, Market Access, Brand, Legal/Compliance, and other cross‑functional stakeholders — bringing field credibility, coaching expertise, reimbursement depth, and a patient‑first mindset to every element of the role.
