Hourly Wage: $19.65 base + $4-$7/hour incentive pay after training

Shift Options: 1st, 2nd (+$0.35/hr), or 3rd shift (+$0.50/hr) | Overtime and weekend/holiday availability required

• Operate production machinery used in rod processing
• Manage materials and production flow using forklifts
• Assist with overhead crane operations
• Use torches as needed
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Follow all safety procedures and immediately report hazards
• Support and train new team members

Must-Haves:

• Forklift operation & Torch handling experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• 1+ year experience in a heavy industrial setting
• Safety-first mindset and strong teamwork ethic
• Willingness to work all shifts and overtime
