Bonus: 17% Discretionary Target Bonus
Schedule: Primarily day shift | Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed - overtime opportunities

Do you lead with safety, precision, and a commitment to continuous improvement? We re hiring a Manager, Steel Mill Maintenance to oversee the Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Departments supporting our state-of-the-art steelmaking operations. This role directly manages salaried and hourly employees, driving safety, reliability, and efficiency in our electric arc furnace, ladle metallurgical furnace, billet caster, and supporting systems.

• Direct and manage the Steelmaking Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Departments, including a 115 MVA 225-ton EAF
  , ladle metallurgical furnace
  , six-strand billet caster
  , and auxiliary systems
• Supervise, coach, and develop electrical and mechanical supervisors as well as union maintenance personnel
• Ensure daily operational excellence in safety, quality, and productivity
• Reduce downtime through predictive and preventive maintenance programs, including thermography, oil analysis, and vibration analysis
• Maintain records, schedules, and financial reports to ensure budget adherence and cost efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally with production and engineering to meet plant goals and execute improvement projects

Education & Experience

• Bachelor s degree (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred) + 2+ years in industrial maintenance management

• OR 5+ years of related experience in lieu of degree
